Mount Zion could be a test case for the possibility of different faiths living side by side on the same land. The very existence of many structures on the mountain associated with the three religions and their diverse streams, structures that will not move anywhere could be a model for the simultaneous existence of multiple lifestyles, on one land, each in its own territory and according to its own customs. These days, it seems that this one thought is a fantasy or at the very least very naive.
At the same time, the exhibition seeked to celebrate the possibility of respecting the faith of others and believing that it is possible to be different.

‘Because of me the sea is wild’ was one of the works exhibited during ‘believe’ festival.  The wooden installation holding mulitipule painted scrolls of sea becomes a structure, which tries to hold water, control and direct its movement. The flood of images that are erased and painted, hidden and revealed in the paintings, unfolds in the  stallation and twists within it as an allegory for the helplessness of the individual in the face of the depths of his fate.
